I have a discount code, how do I use it?

Easy. Place your items in the shopping cart and proceed to cart and payment section. You will see ‘apply discount code’ so simply input your active discount code and press enter. If your code is valid and active your discount will be applied.

Do you offer any payment plans?

Yes! If you are located in Australia and have a current Afterpay account or you can simply set one up at the checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes we offer free standard shipping in Australia and International for all orders over $50.00 AUD

What countries do you ship to?

We ship across Australia and Internationally. Unfortunately we are currently unable to provide shipping to North America. Please email us and express interest if we don’t ship to your location.

How do I track my order?

Once your purchase is complete we will send you a shipping confirmation to the email address which was nominated at the checkout. If you haven’t received an email notification within the first four days please check your spam or junk mail box. You are able to click on the email link ‘view your order’ and tracking details will be displayed.
